The process of formation and development
- In 2011: Officially incorporated and operating in the field of real estate investment and business and construction and installation with the charter capital of VND15 billion.
- In 2017: (1) Inauguration of Rivera Park Saigon project; (2) Signing a contract to receive the transfer of commercial and office area of Rivera Saigon Building from Long Giang Land.
- In 2018: Completing the charter capital increase to VND120 billion.
- In 2019: (1) Completing the charter capital increase to VND300 billion; (2) Receiving transfer of 65% shares of Xuan Thuy Commerial Service Investment Joint Stock Company, which currently owns the commercial and office area at No. 173 Xuan Thuy Tower; (3) Receiving the transfer of 65% shares of Rivera Hanoi Joint Stock Company, which currently owns the commercial and office area at Rivera Park Hanoi Building; (4) Officially operating under the public company model.
