An additional 500 m2 of commercia and office floor area was leased in March 2021
With the signing of 3 lease contracts in March 2021, Rivera Invest has completed the occupancy of more than 500 m2 of commercial office area at 2 buildings, Rivera Park Saigon and Rivera Park Hanoi.
Notably, out of a total of more than 500 m2 that was leased in this March, nearly 350 m2 is an additional leased area to expand the office area of Express Delivery Services Corporation (GHN) and Tuc Thoi Service Corporation (AhaMove) at the Rivera Park Saigon Building. After signing the contracts, the total office area of GHN and AhaMove at Rivera Park Saigon is expanded by 5.5% and 32.7% respectively compared to the original leased area; contributing to the total occupancy of office and commercial floor at Rivera Park Saigon to 97%.
At Rivera Park Hanoi, 166 m2 was also leased after Rivera Invest completed signing a contract with RCG Joint Stock Company.
Rivera Park Saigon is currently the office location of Express Delivery Services Corporation.
With the term of each contract up to 3 years, the long-term cooperation of Rivera Invest and the customers signing the contracts this March will bring many benefits to all parties involved. At the same time, it contributes to helping Rivera Invest maintain a stable revenue - about VND1 billion per year.
