Rivera Invest celebrates 10 years of impressive journey
Eyes shining with happiness and pride - Rivera Invest's first 10-year journey has been memorized with such wonderful moments.
On March 11, 2021, Rivera Invest's 10th anniversary program with the theme "Development Impressions of a Decade" was successfully held at Rivera Park Saigon Building (7/28 Thanh Thai, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of distinguished guests, the Leaders and many generations of staff of employees of Rivera Invest.
The program sketched a picture of Rivera Invest's 10-year journey - from the difficult period in the early days of establishment (2011-2013) to the period of strong development (2014-2018) to strategic transformation period with the vision to become the leading reputable real estate investment and operation enterprise in Vietnam (from 2019 up to present). Along with unique and emotional musical performances, the program happily ended the first 10-year journey of Rivera Invest with many impressions, and at the same time, opened the door for the Company to enter a new journey with new spirit, new vigour and open potentials.
Representatives of the Company's Leaders, special guests with champagne, congratulated Rivera Invest of full 10 years, firmly stepping into a new journey.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ly Tuan Anh - General Director of Rivera Invest said: "Incorporated in the context of the country's economic crisis, the real estate sector was seriously affected, a young company like Rivera Invest soon faced a really big existential challenge that perhaps, few enterprises dare to confront and overcome. However, in those challenges, the effort is even more rewarding, new thinking is more breakthrough, providing strenght to Rivera Invest to overcome difficulties and achieve solid achievements like today". He also gave sincere thanks to the friends of Rivera Invest, the generations of staffs and employees who have always followed, supported and accompanied the Company during the past long journey.

On March 11, 2011, Long Giang Saigon Joint Stock Company - the predecessor of Rivera Investment Joint Stock Company (Rivera Invest) was officially incorporated. From here, Rivera Invest has taken the first steps in a long journey with the mission of bringing humanistic, people-oriented, and for-people real estate products.
From the very first steps with full of difficulties, Rivera Invest has risen to survive, develop and become a leading important factor in a network of companies operating under the Group model in the field of real estate with close, professional connection. Rivera Invest is currently in charge of the last stage in the closed real estate value chain: from investment, construction to operation and exploitation of the Long Giang Group.
Rivera Invest owns 31,000 m2 of commercial and office floor area in 3 buildings, namely Rivera Park Hanoi, Xuan Thuy Tower (in Hanoi City) and Rivera Park Saigon (in Ho Chi Minh City) with stable revenue - reaching nearly VND100 billion per year. In the coming time, Rivera Invest will continue to invest, own and exploit the commercial and tourism real estate chain in projects invested by Long Giang Land such as: Rivera Park Nghia Do, Rivera Premier Hanoi, Rivera Premier Ha Long, Rivera Park Mui Ne, Rivera Park Can Tho, etc.
It is expected that within the next 5 years, the Company will increase its charter capital to VND1,200 billion and own 120,000 m2 of office and commercial floor area and 250 condotels and resort villas for rent when new projects are completed, deployed and put into operation.
Rivera Invest also aims to officially list on the stock exchange in 2021.
