Rivera Invest trains its staff and employees on contract management skills
The contract management skills training program for the North's leaders, managers and employees was successfully organized by Rivera Invest on December 08 and December 18, 2020 at the office at 173 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
The training program in turn addressed topics related to contract management skills, including: general skills, cost and price management skills, progress management skills and contract quality management skills. At each presented content, the staff and employees were carefully analyzed and pointed out points that they easily or often overlook in the process of contract management, helping to gradually fill in gaps in awareness and thinking of handling the work of each employee.

Sharing her feelings about the contents of the training program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Nhung - Contract Management Specialist said: the contents presented in today's training session are very practical for everyone. From her personal point of view, she said that for a long time, many staff and employees had been implementing contract management according to habits and experience and had not been paying enough attention to the system and standard processes. It sometimes led to a situation where each person had his/her own different perception and thinking, causing problems in the process of handling work, affecting the progress and efficiency of general work.
With comprehensive and highly practical training contents which were systematized and presented in a logical manner, the training session gave managers and employees a common consensus on how to deploy and manage contracts, contributing to improving the profession and efficiency of each staff and employee.
Following this training program, in the coming time, Rivera Invest will deploy specialized training programs, suitable to the specific nature of contract management activities of some units/departments in the Company.
An additional 500 m2 of commercia and office floor area was leased in March 2021
