“Portraits of Rivera Invest leaders and managers” is the name of an internal training program only for leaders and managers that was just held by Rivera Invest on September 04, 2020 at the meeting room on the 24th floor, 173 Xuan Thuy Tower, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
The program was participated by members who are leaders and managers of Rivera Invest with the direct training of Mr. Le Ha Giang - Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Accordingly, the portraits of leaders and managers of Rivera Invest were sketched by the Chairman, Le Ha Giang with 5 main strokes corresponding to 5 constitutive elements required to own by leaders, namely: Building a personal image; Supplementing the knowledge and skills required by leaders/managers; Building relations; building and developing their team and developing business. Each element is analyzed and interpreted in a specific way, ensuring feasibility and reality.
The training session attracted a large number of leaders and managers of Rivera Invest.
In the training program, leaders and managers were not only explained on the concepts but also listened to the Chairman, Le Ha Giang telling his stories and experiences that have been accumulated during nearly 30 years on a volatile marketplace.
Attending the training session, Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Hien - Deputy General Director of Rivera Invest shared: “Mr. Giang's systematic and logical analysis has helped me better understand what I have and what I am still lacking when being a leader. The training program of "Portraits of Rivera Invest leaders and managers" is a continueing activity and helps promotion of the learning spirit that has been devloped by Rivera Invest since 2019 with the desire to build a team of qualified personnel with comprehensive capacities, meeting the development requirements of the company in the new situation, especially in the context of the current volatile and challenging real estate market. In 2019, nearly 10 short-term training programs for leaders and staff and employees were successfully organized by Rivera Invest.
