Remuneration policy

- Salary: Each staff and employee's salary is paid in accordance with their qualifications, professional experience and life assurance;
- Allowances: allowances including responsibility allowance, site allowance, office allowance, part-time/dispatch allowances and many other specific allowances, etc., shall be based on the monthly evaluation results of staff and employees
- Bonuses according to work performance, bonuses on holidays, birthdays, etc.
- Social welfare: All staff and employees of Rivera Invest are entitled to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance benefits according to state regulations. In addition, in order to create a friendly working environment, build a spiritual life for staff and employees, the company organizes birthday parties, cultural and sport activities, etc on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Other remunerations: in addition to the basic remuneration, the company also has incentives for staff and employees who engage and make positive contributions to the Company's activities such as: share bonus, preferential house purchase, special bonus regime, etc.
Recruiment polycy
Determining that the people are the decisive factor to the success of the company, Rivera Invest always wishes to recruit quality personnel with a high sense of responsibility at work. Everyone is equal in terms of employment opportunities and there is no discrimination in recruitment at the company. The recruitment is public and consistent in term of the process and regulations throughout the company.
The company especially encourages its staff and employees to find and recommend candidates who are suitable to recruitment standards to participate in the recruitment process and develop a suitable reward system for staff and employees who introduce candidates according to the company's recruitment regulations from time to time. Depending on each specific position, the company sets its own mandatory standards, but all titles must meet the main requirements such as: basic qualifications, sense of career development and high sense of discipline.
Employees do not have to pay any costs for recruitment, except for the cost of application to job introduction centers, job fairs, etc., in accordance with the law.

Training policy
- All staff and employees are entitled to attend required training courses for the successful completion of their duties;
- The company always encourages its staff and employees to constantly study and improve their professional skills to be professional, competent and creative;
- Superior officers are responsible for helping and training subordinate staff regularly in their work;
- The company advocates partial or full funding of tuition fees for relevant specialized courses for a number of key officers or those with potential for future development. In special cases, the company will consider supporting part of the funding for staff and employees to participate in voluntary training programs, with their own funding
- Staff and employees after participating in the training must write a report on the results of the course and apply the trained knowledge and skills to work to improve work efficiency.
- Staff and employees are encouraged to share knowledge and skills with their colleagues;
- Staff and employees attend courses during working hours, with the consent of the Head of the department or unit and approval of the competent authority.
- Internal training includes the following training courses: on-the-job training, onboarding training for new employees, training on quality management system, etc.
